Rhea Balitbit

Rhea Heidi Balitbit graduated from the University of Santo Tomas in Manila, Philippines in 2004 and is a Family Medicine physician based in Dickinson, Texas. She is self-employed at Mainland Primary Clinic and plays forward and midfield.

Rhea’s playing experience includes college and medical school intramural soccer, and she returned to the sport consistently in recent years. She has played indoor coed soccer from 2020 to present and outdoor coed soccer beginning in 2025.

Outside of soccer, Rhea loves to travel and explore the world. In 2025 alone, she visited seven countries in Europe and five US states.

She joined the US Women’s Medical Soccer Team because it offered the perfect combination of what she loves most, traveling, meeting like-minded physicians, and playing competitive soccer with purpose.
